The Routes 2 Employment project offers a customer focused service that treats people as individuals and offers a personalised approach to meet each individual’s needs.

OSCA has a wealth of experience in supporting women and unemployed individuals who are economically inactive back into work. This is achieved through a range of advice, guidance, accredited and non-accredited training and employment support activities.

OSCA is a Matrix accredited organisation with a good track record of delivering employability support programmes. Three project have successfully been delivered between 2009 and 2014 as part of the Tower Hamlets Working Neighbourhood Fund programme.

You can contact the OSCA’s employment adviser to make an appointment. The adviser can help you to:

  • Search and identify training courses you can apply for
  • Search for and identify jobs/work placement/volunteering opportunities that you can apply for Provide one to one support  in completing job application forms
  • Conduct mock interviews
  • CV Preparation
  • Individual assessment
