The Routes 2 Employment project offers a customer focused service that treats people as individuals and offers a personalised approach to meet each individual’s needs.

OSCA has a wealth of experience in supporting women and unemployed individuals who are economically inactive back into work. This is achieved through a range of advice, guidance, accredited and non-accredited training and employment support activities.

OSCA is a Matrix accredited organisation with a good track record of delivering employability support programmes. Three project have successfully been delivered between 2009 and 2014 as part of the Tower Hamlets Working Neighbourhood Fund programme.
