The Constitution Awareness Campaign

The Constitution Awareness Campaign was run by OSCA in 2013 and was funded by the American Endowment Fund. The main goal of the campaign was to raise civic awareness with regards to the Puntland constitution and to promote civic engagement in rural communities so that they can become informed citizens and active participants in the democratisation process.

Somaliland Secondary Schools Education Reform Programme

OSCA's Somaliland (known as Ocean Somaliland Community Association) branch worked on a project working to reform secondary education in Somaliland. This was in partnership with the Somaliland Ministry of Education.
